Jeffrey Goldberg

Jeffrey Goldberg is an American journalist and the 14th editor-in-chief of The Atlantic. During his nine years at The Atlantic as a national correspondent prior to becoming editor, Goldberg became known for his coverage of foreign affairs, specializing in the Middle East and Africa. Additionally, Goldberg is a veteran of The Washington Post, The Jerusalem Post, The Forward, New York Magazine, The New York Times Magazine, The New Yorker, and Bloomberg View. A few of Goldberg’s most notable articles include “In the Party of God” (The New Yorker, 2002), “The Point of No Return” (The Atlantic, 2010) and “The Obama Doctrine” (The Atlantic, 2016). He is also the author of Prisoners: A Story of Friendship and Terror.
